Our Story

SparkleForge Education was founded in 2014 with a simple yet powerful vision: to make modern painting fundamentals accessible to everyone. What started as a small art studio in Ridgehaven has grown into Australia's leading institution for contemporary painting education.

Our founders, Sarah Mitchell and David Chen, were both accomplished artists who recognised the gap between traditional art education and the contemporary painting world. They created a curriculum that bridges this divide, combining time-tested techniques with modern artistic expression.
